Sunday Sept 23rd
Eugene, Ore. --- The Campbell House Inn and Restaurant in Eugene has acquired the historic Tolly’s Restaurant in Oakland, Ore., effective Sept. 16.
“Tolly’s Restaurant has been an important historic landmark in the Umpqua Valley for more than 40 years, and we’re excited to carry on the world famous Tolly’s tradition,” says Myra Plant, owner of The Campbell House Inn and Restaurant. “We look forward to serving the community with the same great food and customer service they’ve come to expect from Tolly’s, especially as we head into the holiday season.”
Under the new owners, Myra and Jeffrey Parker, owner and executive chef at The Campbell House Inn and Restaurant, Tolly’s Restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. Reservations for meals and special events are currently being accepted.
The menu, which consists of soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts, will remain the same, with the addition of several items. Tolly’s Restaurant’s seven employees will continue to work for the restaurant, and Myra and Jeffrey expect to add numerous new employees to the staff.
